I don't know...but to me this trash day looks put-up. The way news came out starting with The Saudi selling back sometime 2008 his holdings of CITI....statements of their core enterprise not being profitable for some time, killing their dividend after the bell...and the rest of the toxic paper trash talk of the day....they're angling for the remaining 350 billion of the tarp and exactly what they want to happen with it.

CNBC is pushing this initiative big time.....of buying the trash paper.

Now we shall see how smart Barack is.

My bet.....the banks get what they want.
