Hell, it was your opinion e.Digital did not have a leg in the DigEcor case anyway....bad contracts and legal advice.

Perhaps you'll be right in your assumptions. Why I have no idea, supersede should have ended it in e.Digitals favor, however, we know what was noted in that regard.
