BTW, this company is Falk and Putnam...and Cocumelli....all who have been along for the ride the entire time.

Their goal is much like ours....to make a killing on this unique opportunity...they are both STAKED heavily in stock positions and are as dedicated corporate officers as we are shareholders.

This is looking good...changes in management are not uncommon...only surprise was that Blakeley appeared to be doing a good job, but it is clear who controls the board's majority opinion.

Leaner going forward....growing revenues and a new plan with a revised product line....
