My eye remains on continued growing IP efforts and resultant settlements.....partnerships and new products will come after the former continues.

DM still holds the reigns, via the agreement. They just can't participate where there is a conflict of interests. Makes very good sense how DM will ramp up cases without deploying any more manpower....or maybe they do ramp up their own efforts and let the conflicted cases move forward as well.

Will they wait for the 10Q to release more info ?

Why not save some powder for the last month of the fiscal year....a good way to launch into fiscal 2010.
