In short the manner in which the company shares information with the shareholders has changed considerably in the last several years. In doing such they have regained my trust when I weigh what they have to say. Until they prove otherwise I will choose to believe that they believe what they report
I agree fully. Despite the past, things have definitely changed for the better and are looking positive once again.
News on any front could come at any time. We could know the results of the digEcor hearing today, next week, or a few weeks from now. Another settlement will come to light without warning, as will filings against new infringers. Any sort of partnership agreement or sales announcement might come as a complete surprise... and of course we will see the 10Q in mid-February. Lots to look forward to in the near term - and all quite likely before 3/31 I think.
One thought I had regarding additional filings was that (in addition to possibly other law firms being involved) they very well may have chosen to file in other (and perhaps multiple) districts aside from or instead of the east Texas district. This makes sense to me due to reports that the ‘Rocket Docket’ has lost much of its inertia and that there are several other options that may be more favorable. Perhaps this is one reason why it has taken a bit longer than we have expected.
