1. Repetitious strenuous language does not make a person correct. SP has his opinion and I have mine. 2. I would consider about any ruling that did not utterly destroy us to be reasonably favorable. There’s the whole ‘good to have this uncertainty behind us’ viewpoint. In that sense, I think a decision once it comes will most likely be seen as a good thing... which, even if it doesn’t cause the share price to rise, might allow it to do so with subsequent news on other matters. 3. That Fred has no news of significance at this time is obvious (else he would mention it). But if capital is now available to partner with others and energize the business, then I wouldn’t count out the possibility that some agreements could be worked out relatively quickly. I wouldn’t look for much more than ‘teasers’ in February or March, but I’d guess that by the end of June, there might be something more substantial. In any case, I wouldn’t mind if a little excitement could be generated by management about the company’s future - so long as this time it was merited. I’m willing to at least allow for that possibility. 4. There’s plenty of basis for share price appreciation in everything that’s happened over the past year. I think that while we’re still experiencing a lot of investor caution, there will ultimately come a tipping point which will allow good news to get out and new investors to get in. I see that happening around, oh... by mid-2009. - Sinkman
