Seems to me some questions being asked now have already been answered.

Correct me if I am wrong but a judge has already ruled that the "eVU" is SEPARATE AND DISTINCT unit from the Digeplayer used by BOW. Since that ruling, years ago, it has been legal for EDig to enter into the IFE market with the eVu since it was NOT competing with BOW.
