Using a little common sense wouldn't royalties run out when the patent expires? That is not far off, a few years. Would those royalties have to be sufficient enough to equal what a one time payment would be during that time period?.......They certainly could not be be less or DM and EDig would be screwing themselves.....

Besides we were told DM is not into being a "partner" of EDig and wants it money "UP FRONT", not every year when their accountants get together with EDig to parcel out the "royalties".

I don't think EDig wants to partner with DM either and I definitely know EDig WANTS/NEEDS funds to fill its coffers to grow the company into what direction it wants. I don't believe it can become a success getting a small "royality" on a yearly basis......

It doesn't make sense to me, of course I could be wrong, I often am....
