2. When the court schedules it, so far concensus says around the same time you have posted.

BTW, if I recall correctly, TMTA had 'significant' loss per share as of the date I listed, now they are in the black. 10Q for 3 month period ending 9-30-07 was

Net income (loss) per share attributable to common shareholders-basic $ (1.24)

For the 9 month period ending 9-30-07 it was $ (4.26)

The market was thinking they were done until they won their case.
