In the Nikon et al case, the Markman Hearing is scheduled for Feb 2010.

In the Vivitar case, it's scheduled for May 2010.

So yeah, just about a year then until the Markman hearing (unless the remaining 4 settle or it is delayed for some reason). We’re still waiting on the judge’s decision regarding digEcor which could come any day now, and of course the 10Q in about 2 weeks. I’m feeling fairly confident for some good news near term.
