If edigital receives substantial settlement/cross licensing money, I would like to see edigital do the following:

1. Share buybacks (as you suggested).

2. Acquire tech./patent/companies (M&A) that has a track record with either military, viable green related or government connections.

3. Agressively go after others patent infringers.

IMO......I don't believe the shareprice will go up too much until one of the following:

A big settlement/cross licensing announcement with the likes of Apple (known $$ ).

A huge supply contract for eVU with the gov/military or medical fields.

Even then I am not sure how much shareprice will go up because of the current financial mess.

I like most can wait...not going to settle for a little profit taking after waiting all these years.
