This turtle stuff is showing our age..LOL.

Gosh, that takes me back to my college days in the late 60's..time speeds by.

Anyway, on 2/13 or 2/16, the Q should be out. It will be very interesting to determine what the settlement money is, and how sellers/buyers react.

Hopefully a PR between now and then to spice it up a notch.
