With the exception of the ending in your friends life, it seems he had a very nice full life, and gave back to causes he wanted to. That is his legacy, and what people will lovingly remeber of him., as you do.

You are right, when looking at this, the PPS of EDIG means nothing.

If the day ever comes, that us folks in here benefit from our faith in EDIG, make a few bucks, we can then decide how to give back, as I have done over the years. There is nothing more satisfying to me, than to see a smile, or get a thank you, for doing something for someone who cannot totally provide for themselves.

We will all be judged one day, and what people remember of our contribution to society, the neighborhood where we live, if it brings smiles to those who recall who we were, it's all worth it.
