Wow - what a devistating storm...

Just got my power back... was having world-wide-web-withdraws

thnxn jhawk n dischino for concerns; twas pretty hairy. all our trees are limbless and tuesday night was like war zone from falling limbs/trees/p-lines etc; it takes a lot to scare me but darned if I wasn't shacking lil due to those 60foot ash trees on my property line and four inches of ice on the roads hindering emergency services..

I'm always prepared for such things, but many are still in the cold and I just loaned my generators out. My father died on the job as a line-man for the county in 1994 and we'v got crews from everywhere here ... truely a special breed.
