Worth repeating from RP's lips 9/17/08:

"settlements before markman"

I still believe the 9/17 date for the SHM was set, based on LG falling on that day, so RP could announce such to the crowd, even though a small one. He missed it by 8 days...9/25.

I'll go on record right now....THERE IS NO WAY THE NEXT SHM WILL BE IN THEIR CONF ROOM WITH 50 FOLDING CHAIRS!!!!
