No, we sued Avid Technology Inc. EDIG simply made a mistake on the Mar 08 press release...Duane Morris would not make such a mistake in court filings. Also, Avid Technology Inc has filed various PACER documents.
Nothing new on PACER...still a little giddy from the Olympus news!
