Even though, IMO, we need a Markman with regard to video as a stand alone, I have commented in the past, full video is a mix of both video and audio. With that, the argument on presentation to a potential infringer could be, we do not have video per-say, however, due to the audio orchestrated on a video platform, we inject our patents into video offerings with regard to infringement.
