If the guv'mint was REALLY serious about encouraging investment and turning the economy around, they would put an immediate END to the blatent manipulation and bear raids of companies that CREATE innovative technologies and EMPLOY people...

But then again, it's not Joe-Six Pack who contributes millions to those who make policy, is it?
