All I know is that I got an email from a heavy hitter buddy that noticed the pps movement today and alerted me of that fact....he had no idea why.

Few opportunities like this exist and these guys have taken BIG hits in their portfolios recently and are looking for a way back.

I don't know if that is where the volume is coming from today but they are now aware of the latest pacer filings.

And .13 looks pretty darn cheap to these guys.
