They did not take this case on Contingency basis planning to fund all the litigation costs on top of putting their time an effort into it...

Clearly, any trial lawyers worth their reputation would have, (just as DM is doing), set out a plan of picking enough low hangging fruit to pay their way to the Multi-million Dollar defendant c ase that come subsequent to having a war chest...
