I must have checked PACER 3-4 times this morning. Then I get called out on a Priority 2 job and am away from my computer for the afternoon. Now I see Sanyo has settled and again I'm the last to know! LOL. And the Court has already granted EDIG's/Olympus' request for a partial stay. I'm quite impressed with our progression in this case. Looking forward to finding out who the new defendants will be.
