It was not a positive or a negative. It was just a required form that had to be filed according to SEC regulations.

I apologise to the board, but what is so hard to understand about this.

IT IS JUST A FREAKING FORM REQUIRED BY THE SEC WHEN A PERSON BECOMES AN OFFICER OF A COMPANY OR IS ELECTED TO A BOARD OF DIRECTORS!!!

It's late and maybe I had one too many g&ts. But the fact that the simplicity of this seems to be escaping many has frustrated me.
