seems dm wouldn't do these deals unless samsung was also on board aren't they the last from this suit. i don't see this stopping, because of the strength of the patents, cheaper for samsung to settle now, but...if samsung did want to fight then dm would have essentially set the stage and we'd be sitting on our thumbs til june 2010. i really hope to see a samsung deal, it seems to be the key company in terms of magnitude (cell phones) from the start, and most certainly now.
