of the periphery issues and not the entire case. Of course the judge could issue a summary judgement (I believe both sides asked for one) but I really don't believe that is likely. I seem to remember RP saying they were hoping to get rid of some of the sillier motions that digicor had put before the court. Not a lawyer; just a mud Marine with a hearing loss and short attnetion span so I could be way off base. Thanks to you and jefather for keeping us all up to date.
