Here's something that puzzles me, LL. I assume it's SOP in these arrangements but it's sure onerous looking to the unwashed. Please tell me this assignment is contingent upon some massive contractual boo-boo by EDIG. I understand the significance of the lien but what's this about an official assignment of the IP?
