Gil, I don't know if he worked with FS but it's possible Harry's band backed up FS at some point during Tony's tenure. During those days the band played in Vegas for 6 months and then toured for 6 months.

Tony had lots of stories about the band and Harry's wife......you remember....Betty Grable. She was a great person and often cooked meals for band members. Do you remember her come back in the movies after she retired? Actually, she did it to pay off Harry's gambling debts He was into the mob for a lot of bucks and she rescued him.....after they were divorced.
