Good point. Blackjack works for me.

I think all the known evidence points to more dilution.

How important is this for a penny stock with some 166 million shares? Other than the obvious ``more shares = less revs / profit per share,`` I have no idea.

For example, if the next pile of shares equals 10 million new shares (options or shares issued) in one fashion or another, that`s about an additional 6%. Does that mean a penny stock sitting at $0.1749 goes down 6% to $0.1644? Is that it?

As you stated, ``May as well get ready for some good news that won`t impact the bottom line immediately``.

I would almost guarantee you are right on the money here. I trust the guidence / news will be more specific and more verifiable with appropriate dollar projections attached. The former I would bet on, the latter not. That will be a problem and could send some current investors to the showers. New crew?

Whatever the 4Q05 top line number may be, it is pobably not what most wanted to see. Hope I`m wrong, but I`d bet I`m right. Either way, I`m hanging around to see what happens -- no sense in changing the batting order after six years.
