I don’t think that’s accurate. I believe if a company infringed on our patents during the patent period, we could sue them if our patents are expired for those past acts. For example, if Company X sells a product anytime from 1996-2016 that infringes on our 774 patent, we could still sue them after 2016 for those. We could not sue anyone for 774 infringing products sold after 2016.
