There will be a threshold number they would be willing to settle, over that they'll say take to trial.

At this point it's what DM is willing to cushion if a Markman or trial do not pan out, because we do not have it.

If suing for 25,000,000? Whatever the number, we need to have a fair amount earmarked to go the distance without hurting DM's pocket book.

Samsung will not be but what they feel the threshold is.

IMO, we have to bank some bucks before making a real threat.
