RE: forcing the TARP

"Apparently, the Government told them to take TARP money, even though they did not want it, and is charging 5% for 5 years and 9% after that."

There's got to be more to it than that, I'm going to contact some locals here and see what is happening. As far as I know, local regional banks here are not getting TARP funds and some are noting their strength in this bogus mess without it.
