Not quite... it closed "down" prior to the release of the news.

I really wish 'reporters' and / or 'journalists' would report the complete story... maybe then we would also not be going an additional $ 800,000,000+ in debt for years to come as a country...

I hope we open at .17 (first trade) and immediately go up... holding on to the end of day highs...
