I have to agree with jefoter,,, those 'certain aspects' could mean different numbers for different companies, but the lowball settlements sure smacks at them not covering much and having strength and integrity persay as to the likes of the companies settling; irregardless of the economy and discounts and smans writup per 1.8 being the norm.
