Law360, New York (February 11, 2009) -- Samsung Telecommunications America LP has reached a settlement with a New Hampshire-based patent-holding company in a suit over a patent related to the use of touch screens to create and control audio playlists.
Media Digital Inc., which accused Samsung and three other smart-phone manufacturers in October of infringing a single patent, filed a motion to dismiss the suit against Samsung on Tuesday
