naked would be FTD fails-to-deliver after 11 days, SEC/FTD don't/cant track this on OTC exchanges... but these shorts showing imo are over seas being you'r not suposed to be able to short an OTC, go-figure. Also if the nss is done right it doesn't show-up as short interest i't done x-clearing and creates counterfeit shares which works to supress the price by having so much overature on the exchange it negativly effects the triangulation as per the liquidity vs the OS.

AIMHO

With edig starting to preform imo if there are nss they are very low because they can trap themselves if they can't put us outa business but it stilll helps to keep the pps supressed.
