While I have never been close to what LL espouses I don't think he warrants removal or anything else.

My problem with him is his constant negativity......IE....his moniker....NNN's. I don't find him to be a basher in that sense of the word but more of an investor who has been bitten by the company over the years and is negative towards ANYTHING that transpires with it.

If anyone would care to look at the "back and forth" he and I have you would find me to be fecious and him very thin skinned. But he is predictable....IE...4A....and 4B.3c........You what he is going to say before he says it.

He has, in the past, provided very valuable input to this board and I hope he continues in the future. I have no idea if he has a "naked short" position, although I do think there are MM's who do. I can't imagine him still being a stock holder (as he says he is and I believe him), holding a substantial long position and shorting against that position.

My sole problem with you LL is you are never "positive" in that sense of the word. Mguru is correct, no matter what the news, especially of late, about the company you make every attempt to "spin" it in to something it is not and is not positive.

Where is your "ATTA BOY" to EDig about what is VERY VERY obvious that these settlements have turned this company around? Or do you still think that EVERYTHING out of RP's mouth is bullsh*t?
