Just wanted to add that even though Samsung may be negotiating a settlement with EDIG, it is both mandatory and prudent that they continue meeting deadlines set by the Court. They have to treat this case as if it is going to a Markman Hearing and trial, and continue meeting all suspenses until the time that a settlement is reached. We definitely know Samsung is interested in reaching a settlement with EDIG because they agreed to mediation as seen in Doc 117.
