It appears it has some relation to that $100 k in my view . Another puzzle to me is if you look at the form in the bottom of page there is another 1 million share with expiration date for 2011 with no price in front of it onlly 0.If just in case the expected share price for that date is $10 , that will be a very significant information by itself .
