Agora is pretty fair and straight forward regarding their purpose to provide a fair forum but one that does not tolerate purposeful disruption.

Shareholders will come and go but this board remains about EDIG, the investment.

We don't have zack, jtara, cASS, dinkie and a host of others who evolved into disruptive forces, and imo, the board is much better for it.

There is lots of room for disagreement and alternate perspectives but investors are wise to those whose majority comments detract from the investment.

Just about everyone here has had a bad day or two over the course of the past 10 years and have been forgiven for it. However, there are those who are just all about having the right to have a bad day, everyday, and when that detracts from the investment...others have the right to have the rules enforced....not their rules but Agora's rules.

Also, anyone disgusted with their treatment, whether deserved or not, has the right to leave.

The board members here are poised and ready to make money on their investment. All the signs point to EDIG succeeding and the pps moving north.

But again, we have a major distraction right on the heels of STELLAR DEVELOPMENTS with the 10Q and back to back to back settlements...and people are getting tired of the negative antics and are now standing up against what they earlier tolerated.

The common interest here, as it should be, is for a good outcome for EDIG and our personal financial investments.

Let's move forward focused on EDIG as an investment vehicle, especially in light of the big step forward the company has taken this past year and focus forward to the next PR and business update.
