There is a short position on EDIG currently and there is a concerted effort by a few to suppress stock price expectations. I think everyone is clear on that as it continues every day...desperate levels at FUD appear here and on other boards attempting to create doubt about EDIG and its investors.

With any stock there are always pros and cons in rationalizing an investment position, but you have to admit that EDIG has and continues to be targeted by a select few, who are not your average investors.

As for LL's personal place in all of this, I doubt he is part of any organized conspiracy, but don't underestimate the constant allegations against this company at every turn by a handful over the years. If they can create fear, uncertainty or doubt (FUD) they intimidate buying and lessen demand and directly effect your investment negatively.
