If he has been such a bad boy for the last 4+ years in Agora, how the heck did he get promoted to hub leader status?

What's this all about?

He was ranked in the top 1/2 of the leaders, and now he's gone?

I don't know how someone becomes a hub leader, but I suspect it is a combination of points, star votes and Agora itself to recognize a person for their contributions.....of course it is.
