| Hi Brad, Looks like you are stuck with me over here. :-) Perhaps some kind-hearted soul on Agora will post this message over there. If they want to kick me off that's fine, but I have to admit I am disheartened that they resorted to lying about my posting and rating history in order to convince the populace. 1. I did not have all hub leaders rated 1 star. Several were 5 star and more than a few were 3-4 star. Richard, Trillium, BLunist, Sky, SilverSurfer, JHawk, Sky and others. Daboss was 1 star - I wrote him an email (to which he graciously responded) and told him - also, most likely, Gil, Skreal, and several more were 1 star - maybe Sunpoop depending on what mood I was in. I can't tell because I can't see it now. Their statement was false and I was astonished to see it. 2. They also stated that I had multiple "aliases." You are correct in your assessment that I had but one other alias ever, LegalEagle, and also about the reasons for it. In a message to someone (Cantona?) I stated that publicly. I also wrote Agora a message perhaps 2 years ago and asked that they remove that alias as it was too tempting to use it in addition to my LawyerLong name. If they were honest they would post that information for the board as well. 3. In truth, the reasons for the deletion of my account (with no warning at all from them and with no personal messages to me to this point) lie more with the other things they state. I'm fine with the deletion as long as they are forthright enough to tell me "to my face" and to not make up false information and publish it about me. Since those guys are lawyers one would expect more from them - whoops, maybe not! 4. I liked MurrayHill's post about karma - he was on target I thought. Take care - thought I would take advantage of this forum to post the truth. Of course, since Agora owns the servers and information they can produce whatever "evidence" they choose to, right? LL |
