AGORACOM, in my opinion, his other indiscretions notwithstanding, if LL has other aliases he uses regularly, and/or if he gave every other poster a 1 star rating, then I feel he should be banned permanently. This would confirm his devious nature and his ingenuousness.

LL has posted on another forum that AGORACOM is incorrect in stating that he gave all posters a 1 star rating, and that the only other alias he has used was Legal Eagle some time ago.

If LL is telling the truth, he should be allowed back with conditions.
