You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
My understanding is that they sue first, then negotiate later, so they can control the venue.
However, this far into the game, they might just take another tact. I would defer to Gil...but we should know very soon on how they are going to proceed.
