I agree that the cell phone market would be a big deal for us and that EDIG has always mentioned cell phones in their PRs, going back to when they first embarked on the IP mission when Blakeley was making the statements. They continue with that same stance.

I'm hoping we get a fruit mixed into our diet too. One bite there covers cell phones and MP3 players and should really bring the spotlight onto this weighty agenda set forth by DM.

Who'd risk going to a trial by jury in this economy, risking getting whacked when you could put it to bed for $25-$50 million? lol...just guessing at the numbers, but it gets the point across.

I doubt those settlements would be in current ranges seen so far.
