Disagree on 3 - I'd rather DM pushed Samsung all the way through a successful Markman. Afterward they can either settle for big money or chance it in court (for triple damages perhaps?)

And who could argue with 5 ??

I think 1 & 2 easily pushes us past 25 cents but I'm afraid to speculate how far. It occurred to me that we're more likely to get better attention once DM files the next round as it should hopefully include some companies listed on major exchanges. That and the fact that we've already settled with 6 others should make for a good story somewhere.
