Nikon, E.Digital Settle Flash Memory Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2009) -- Nikon Inc. has reached a settlement with mobile entertainment system manufacturer e.Digital Corp. in a lawsuit accusing Nikon and several other companies of infringing four patents related to flash memory technology.
