I cannot simply see DM just similing and going away from VIVITAR just because they have 174 more birds to net...

If we could see the plan concocted by the Brilliant attorneys of VIVITAR to get the case beyoned DM's reach of, DM can see it too.

My experience with Bankruptcy is if you can show there are other resources availab le that the Bankrupt is not listing in his petition, you can bring them forth and collect from him on that basis.
