I wouldn't be too concerned about the spin put out by digEcor. Until or unless you know what claims were abandoned by EDIG (if any), there's no way of knowing how important they were. For all we know, EDIG may have conceded the keys to executive bathroom . :>) Remember...defendants file counterclaims up the wazoo....and we're the defendant. Most are bargaining chips and fall by the wayside.

Nobody's going to give up meaningful hostages. EDIG's main job has less to do with counter claims than with it's defense to digEcore's major claim that it owns the IP.
