We know that news is close - just don't know how close. If we can hold these levels and get some good news, we may be in for at least a mini-run and take out the 52-week high by more than just a penny or two.

It feels like that's itching to happen. EDIG Thursday is as good a time as any... or how about after the bell today?

The digEcor PR was interesting. Seemed like a little pro-active damage control to me. They've got to be at least as scared as we are. The fact that a decision has taken this long implies to me no clear winner... which could be both good and bad for us - but worse for digEcor I think. I'm on the edge of me seat over this one.
