Can you please post the document EDIG signed with APS...There is a lot of assertions made here by reference to it. And we can not reasonably understnad what LL is explaining to us unless we have his post and the document he refers to posted in TANDUM...

The agreement, as I recall was signed in early 2000, and the 7 years should be up by now...

SECOND:...

Legally, although a "Pepercorn" is sufficient to uphold an agreement bewteen the parties, the courts will look at the intent of the parties to interpret the agreements so as they are compossible with principles of equity and justice. This is particularly so when it comes to "NO COMETITION AGREEMENTS"...
